We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from O.P Jewellery. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have the right to return your item within 14 days of receiving it, in accordance with Swedish distance selling regulations.

The item must be returned in its original packaging
A receipt or order confirmation must be included
Exceptions
Custom-made or personally engraved jewellery cannot be returned unless the item is faulty or damaged upon delivery.

Once we have received and approved the return, the refund will be processed within 14 days.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are always covered by the customer. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
For exchanges of size or model, we offer free shipping on the replacement item.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service for all returns. Please note that the customer is responsible for the returned item until it has been received by us.
Claims & Faulty Items
If you have received a faulty or damaged item, please contact us immediately at info@opjewellery.com. We follow Swedish consumer protection laws and will resolve the issue at no additional cost to you.
