In short: We want your jewellery to arrive safely and on time.

Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within Sweden, the EU and to selected countries outside the EU.
Delivery Times
Sweden: 2–5 business days
EU: 5–10 business days
Outside the EU: 7–14 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary, especially during holidays or high-demand periods.
We produce many of our pieces in small batches or made-to-order rather than mass-producing large volumes. Because of this, certain products may require additional production time before shipment.
Shipping Costs
Sweden
Free shipping on orders above 500 SEK.
For orders below 500 SEK, shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
EU
Free shipping on orders above 2,000 SEK.
For orders below 2,000 SEK, shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Outside the EU
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on destination.
Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including tracking information.
Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs handling or circumstances outside our control.
If your delivery appears delayed, please contact us at info@opjewellery.com and we will do our best to assist you.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
Please contact us immediately at info@opjewellery.com if your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all.
We will work together with the shipping provider to find a solution as quickly as possible.
Customs & Import Fees
Orders shipped within the EU are not subject to customs duties.
For orders shipped outside the EU, local customs duties, import taxes or handling fees may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by the regulations of the destination country.
