Orders
When you place an order, you enter into a binding agreement with us. An order confirmation will be sent to your email address after the purchase has been completed.
We reserve the right to cancel an order in cases such as inventory errors, technical issues or incorrect pricing. If this occurs, the full amount paid will be refunded.
Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in SEK and include Swedish VAT (25%).
Payments are processed through the payment methods available at checkout and charged at the time of purchase.
For orders outside the EU, local customs duties, import taxes or fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
Delivery
We currently ship within Sweden and the EU. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on shipping provider and destination.
We are responsible for the item until it has been delivered to you.
Certain made-to-order or customized products may require additional production time.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with Swedish distance selling regulations.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made or personally engraved products.

Claims & Faulty Goods
We follow the Swedish Consumer Sales Act.
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us at info@opjewellery.com as soon as possible after discovering the issue.
As many of our products are handcrafted, small variations in finish, engraving and surface may naturally occur and are considered part of the character of the product.
Disputes
In the event of a dispute, we follow recommendations from the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN).

These terms and conditions are governed by Swedish law.
